The Patronatsverein has more than 1000 members, 80 of whom are patrons. They are a strong group of like minded people who feel it is important to do something to support the ideals, and finances, of Oper Frankfurt and schauspielfrankfurt.
The Patronatsverein have helped considerably to ensure that glittering new productions such as Chowanschtschina, Jenufa, Werther, Agrippina, Death in Venice, Un ballo in maschera and Pique Dame took place.
The annual Opera Gala would not take place without the energetic, personal involvement of the Opera Section’s Committee. A Gala Dinner on the opera’s stage and an exclusive concert programme build the framework for this society highpoint in Oper Frankfurt’s season.
